1. Create your account
Sign up with your name, email address and a password. We'll email you a link to confirm your address: click it and you're in. Your 30-day free trial starts straight away, and you don't need a card.
2. Add your property
On your dashboard, click New property (on a phone, tap the + at the bottom of the screen). A short set-up asks for:
- The type of property, such as a house, apartment, cottage or cabin. This decides which template you start with.
- A name and a cover photo. The photo is optional and you can add it later.
- The address. Also optional, but it lets us suggest nearby places to recommend.
- Your sections. Tick the ones you want, such as WiFi, check-in and house rules.
- Local picks. If you added an address, choose a few nearby cafés, pubs, shops and attractions to recommend.
3. Fill in your details
The template includes placeholder text in capitals or square brackets, such as [TIME] or [LOCATION]. Replace it with your own details. Your dashboard shows how many placeholders are left on each property.
In the editor, open Settings to add your WiFi name and password, check-in and check-out times, and the phone number and email guests should use. See Using the editor for more.
4. Check it, then publish
Use Preview to see your welcome pack the way guests will. You can try the AI concierge there too.
When you're happy, open Settings and switch on publishing. Until you do, only you can see it.
5. Share it
Click Share in the editor to copy your link, email it to a guest or get a QR code. See Sharing your welcome pack with guests.
