Your name and, if you add them, your business name and the contact details you show to guests
Property information you provide (addresses, descriptions, images)
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

Information from your guests

Guestbook messages, names and ratings guests choose to leave
Requests and questions guests send, with any email address or phone number they give
Questions guests ask the AI concierge, so hosts can fill gaps in their welcome pack
Anonymous visit counts: which sections of a welcome pack were viewed

Automatically Collected Information

Usage data (pages visited, features used)
Device information (browser type, operating system)
IP address (for security and to stop abuse, such as too many requests)

Anthropic - AI-powered features, including the concierge's web searches (the search words only, never a guest's name or contact details)
Google - Maps and Places API, including places the concierge looks up for guests near the property
Resend - Email delivery
Sentry - Error monitoring
Upstash - Rate limiting (stopping abuse)

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings.

Object - Turn off product update emails at any time in your account settings

We only use essential cookies: they keep you logged in to your dashboard. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. To count visits to welcome packs, we keep an anonymous visit ID in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
