Welcome Pack lets you make a digital welcome pack for your holiday let. Guests open it on their phone by scanning a QR code or tapping a link, so everything they need for their stay is in one place: WiFi, check-in, house rules, how things work and your local tips.
What you get
- A welcome pack that's easy to keep up to date. Change something in the editor and guests see the new version next time they open it. There's nothing to reprint.
- An AI concierge. Guests can ask a question in their own words and get an answer based on what you've written.
- A QR code and a link. Print the QR code for the property, or send the link before guests arrive.
- A guestbook. Guests can leave a message and a star rating. You choose which entries appear.
- Guest requests. Guests can ask for things like an early check-in or extra towels, and you reply from your dashboard.
- Visitor analytics. See how many people opened your welcome pack and which sections they looked at.

How to get started
- Sign up with your email address. Your free trial lasts 30 days and you don't need a card.
- Add your first property. We'll start you off with a template.
- Fill in your details, add photos and replace any placeholder text.
- Publish it, then share the link or QR code with your guests.
