Guests can only open your welcome pack once it's published. If you haven't yet, open Settings in the editor and switch on publishing.
Copy the link
In the editor, click Share. Your welcome pack's link is at the top, ready to copy. Paste it into your booking confirmation or the message you send before guests arrive.
You can change the end of the link on the same screen, for example to your property's name. If you change it, the old link and any QR codes you've already printed will stop working, so it's best to settle on it before you share it.
Email it to a guest
Under Email to Guest, click Send Email. Enter the guest's name and email address, add a personal message if you like, and click Send Welcome Pack. They'll get an email with a link to your welcome pack.
Print a QR code
The Share screen shows a QR code that guests can scan with their phone camera. For something to frame or stick on the fridge, click Design Printable QR Page. You can:
- download just the QR code as a PNG image, or
- make a printable page with your cover photo, a title and a tagline, in A4, A5, Letter or 4×6 photo size, and download it as a PDF or PNG.
When you print, choose "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page".
Good places for the QR code are by the front door, on the fridge, next to the TV or in the information folder.
