Open a property from your dashboard to edit its welcome pack. On a large screen, a phone preview on the right shows how your changes look.
Cover photo
Click the photo area at the top to upload a cover photo. It's the first thing guests see. Use the bin icon to remove it.
Categories
Categories are the tabs in your welcome pack, such as House Info, House Rules, Safety and Local Area. Click Add Tab to create one, then give it a name and an emoji.
Sections
Sections are the topics inside each category, such as WiFi, Heating or Bins. Each section has:
- an icon and a title
- a short preview, shown in the list before guests tap it
- the full details, shown when they tap it
- photos, which you can add once the section is saved (handy for showing where things are or how they work)
- an optional quick action button
Click Add Section or Save Changes in the section form to keep your changes.
Quick action buttons
A quick action button gives guests a one-tap shortcut:
- Copy to clipboard, for example the WiFi password
- Phone call, for example your number or a local taxi firm
- Get directions, which opens the address in Google or Apple Maps
- Open link, for example a booking page or bus timetable
Settings
Click Settings to change the property's name, description and address, the WiFi details, check-in and check-out times, and the phone number and email guests see for this property. This is also where you publish or unpublish your welcome pack.
Saving
Changes in Settings save automatically, and a tick next to the property name shows when they're saved.
