For things like what's on or bus times, it searches the web and shows its sources. If it can't help, it tells guests how to reach you, and the question shows up in your dashboard so you can add the answer.

Yes. Your cleaner gets their own link: no app and no login, with a 4-digit PIN if you want one. It lists every changeover you give them, flags same-day turnovers and adds them to their phone’s calendar with reminders. Each one opens a checklist, including the smoke and CO alarm tests, and you see when it’s done.
