Most holiday lets have a folder on the kitchen side: house rules, the WiFi password, how the boiler works and a few local tips. It does the job, but it's hard to keep up to date, and guests can't always find what they need when they need it.
The trouble with the paper folder
- It goes out of date. A new router or a café that's closed for the winter means reprinting pages.
- It stays in the house. Guests can't check it on the drive down or while they're out for the day.
- It can't answer questions. If the answer isn't on the page, guests message you.
What Welcome Pack does instead
Welcome Pack puts all of that on a page guests open on their phone, by scanning a QR code or tapping a link you send them.
- Easy to update. Change something in the editor and guests see the new version next time they open it.
- An AI concierge. Guests can ask a question in their own words and get an answer from what you've written. If it doesn't know, it helps them contact you and saves the question so you can add the answer.
- A QR code and a link. Print the QR code for the property, and send the link before guests arrive.
- A guestbook and guest requests. Guests can leave a message or ask for an early check-in, and you reply from your dashboard.
- Visitor analytics. See how many people opened your welcome pack and which sections they read.
Every plan includes all of this, whether you have one holiday let or a whole portfolio.
