If you've been hosting for a while, you'll know the questions: what's the WiFi password, how does the heating work, where can we park, what time is checkout? Here are five ways to answer them before guests need to ask.
1. Put the answers in one place
Write down the questions you're asked most often, then answer each one in your welcome pack. WiFi, check-in, parking, heating, bins and checkout are a good start.
2. Make it easy to find
Send the link with your booking confirmation or your pre-arrival message, and put the QR code where guests will see it: by the front door, on the fridge or next to the TV.
3. Let the AI concierge answer
Guests can ask the AI concierge in their own words, at any time of day, and it answers from your welcome pack. When it can't answer, it helps the guest contact you and saves the question for you.
4. Fill the gaps
Look at your guest questions now and then. If guests keep asking about something your welcome pack doesn't cover, add the answer, and the concierge can use it next time.
5. Keep it up to date
When something changes, such as a new router, a different bin day or a pub that's shut for the winter, update your welcome pack straight away. It only takes a minute, and there's nothing to reprint.
